Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event that is hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spineand spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
This Week I am Waiting on:
Molly Bartolucci wants to blend in, date hottie Rick and keep her zombie-raising abilities on the down-low. Then the god Anubis chooses her to become a reaper—and she accidentally undoes the work of another reaper, Rath.
Within days, she’s shipped off to the Nekyia Academy, an elite school that trains the best necromancers in the world. And her personal reaping tutor? Rath. Who seems to hate her guts.
Rath will be watching closely to be sure she completes her first assignment-reaping Rick, the boy who should have died. The boy she still wants to be with.
To make matters worse, students at the academy start turning up catatonic, and accusations fly—against Molly. The only way out of this mess? To go through hell. Literally.

Why am I waiting on this book:
1. LOOK at the cover. Tell me that it isn't attractive, seriously LOVE.
2. Anubis... Did you see that?! How often do people use the Egyptian Gods? Once again LOVE IT!
3. The fact that Molly is going to have to be a strong MC. I mean you have to be to go through hell
right?!

OMG. You know I'm dying to read this one too!! I agree that that cover is freaking AWESOME. I totes love it to death. AND yes ANUBIS! He's my fav Egyptian god, for sure <33 Plus the whole Molly has zombie-rasing power? Yeah. I'm down! Wonderful pick this week :D

After visiting your WoW last night I wrote Harlequin Teen requesting this ARC & I had an email this morning back saying that it will be on NG in a month!!! Squuuuuueeeeeee!!!! Just wanted you to know!! :P
I'm excited for this one because it uses Egyptian mythology.
I know you are excited for the trip through hell but that does mean she is going to be a strong character. I read a book, Wandering Stars, when the MC goes through hell but she is still a really weak character.
I hope Molly is a strong character though. I really do.
